An internal locus

Is there a more harsh critic or greater cheerleader than yourself.

I believe this is my building block my arch way to use architecture as a reference.

it gives me the foundation to build on when i succeed on some things, and gives me the strength to support my failures

Every day I set myself goals it gives me something to aim for normally it is my cycling. Normally it is looking at strava which is a great app and looking at my planned route seeing other peoples times and going im going to beat that.

It is when i don’t i can rely on the arch to support my failure and remind me that there is always tomorrow.

There will always be a tomorrow, there will always be another failure but more importantly there will be another win.

I try to use this thought in all things, as negativity sucks, I try to stay positive

And I hope anyone who reads this does the same.
