It’s only taken a month since my crash to realise that the pain is ok right up to the point I lay flat then it feels like a chainsaw attacking me.

Now I know when the pain hits I can beat it buy fixing the issue.

Now the holiday a day of seeing friends yes more seafood and more friends.

I could stay here for ever grow fat and lazy but I would not care. Then I snap out of it then realise I only have till the day after tomorrow then it’s the journey home.
