The last full day of my holiday as all been about cliffs sea and yes seafood but seafood dialled up to 10

France is an amazing country there are things that wind me up but there is more things I love

The coast is one so many outcrops steep cliffs crashing waves I could spend all day transfixed at them

But this is me and I was on the hunt for oysters and thankfully I found them. First time I have ever really tried them that is why I wanted to try them now

Did they live up to my own hype yes and no. Yes in the fact that I could eat them easily and they where nice, no in the sense that they tastes more of sea than anything else. Would I have them again definitely but they do not compare to the main course. Lobster

Lobster is in my top 3 favourite foods of all time, I have not had fresh like this before where I got to choose my lobster in its tank and then it is removed and prepared.

Prepared the right way grilled and that’s it chips on the side and sauce on the side but the lobster plain. Which is how I like it the taste is amazing dip it in sauce and it’s great it’s just a shame that most places have it in something like ginger which covers the taste and the taste is the whole point.

Tomorrow is my return home and I don’t want to go a sign of a great holiday. The journey to the boat shall be interesting as it is forecast to be a thunderstorm and I’m on my bike. Oh well it won’t spoil what has been an amazing time.
