I’m talking about the pain from my crash
Five weeks after the crash today is the first day so far where I have experienced no pain so I am happy but still have my fingers crossed.
All I need now is my bike back from the shop all fixed and with the upgrades I’m having done
And when it’s back I’m not going to listen to anyone and I’m going to push my workouts even harder I have a goal and want to achieve it. If you give up then why bother starting in the first place.
