These I’m sure I sent to challenge us but I say keep being you don’t change if you are not hurting anyone push the boundaries challenge yourself.

There is a film I cannot remember it’s name but in it al pachino plays a blind lawyer and he says there is nothing worse than a broken spirit.

So stay positive it’s the best counter to all the utter sh*t that is going on in the world.
