Where to start well I’ll start here life sucks so much that it’s so important to focus on the good so please do that as I try to.

People seem shocked that one person can affect there lives but that has been the story of man since the beginning. And we all know which evil man I’m talking about.

Let’s get one thing straight you and I cannot change anything but that does not mean you shouldn’t try il stand by you every step.

But I think I belong a few hundred yrs ago as I believe you cannot out run your predestined fate. And that is completely ok just remember to smile.

Work has changed from nothing really growing because of no rain now it won’t stop growing and it’s if the lawns are on steroids.

Which is great as it means I’m earning my minds occupied and I can get through the day.

But then having earnings means i go online and see junk and go ohh I want and have to force myself not to buy which so far is going ok otherwise I’d have like 20 lightsabers, projectors and odd stuff that I most certainly don’t need but it is a kind of endorphin dump it makes me happy until of course the bill comes in.

So this week I learned to stop watching the news as there is nothing I can do I started growing my own veg and decided I need change in my life.

Hopefully this week has been ok for you try to take the positive not the negative it at least for me makes me feel better and helps put one foot in front of the other.

Oh and I know I don’t need to say it but you are worth the effort and always remember don’t be a dick as there is always one of those out there all ready
