We have all heard this saying and today it could not have been more true.

A day of nothing extraordinary happening but a day of just enjoyment.

A day spent visiting the coast and seeing places I have not seen In years I forget how stunning places are.

A walk around a market where I had to buy crab and prawns and a beer.

Even used an old bike found in the stables to do a cycle, so as you can see so far so good

And to finish a great meal with old friends meats vegetable, cheese, bread, beer, wine, and a home brew that almost took my head off now rest my only wish is tomorrow will be like today.
